A plain-language summary of how the service works and what to expect.
No guarantee of coverage
Our service distributes your press release over a professional newswire. That guarantees your release is distributed across the wire’s network — to journalists, media databases and syndication partners. It does not guarantee that any outlet will publish, run, cover or write about your story, or that it will generate views, traffic, investment or media interest. Any outlet’s decision to use a release is entirely its own. We make no representation about results.
What each plan includes
- Submit ($99): you provide a finished release; we give it a cursory review and distribute it.
- Draft ($199): you complete a guided interview; we write a release, provide one round of revisions, and distribute it.
- Strategy ($399): a 20-minute strategy call, then drafting, one round of revisions, and distribution.
“One round of revisions” means a single consolidated set of changes after you review the draft. Additional rounds or rewrites may be quoted separately.
Refunds
Because work begins promptly, orders are refundable until we begin drafting your release or your strategy call begins, whichever comes first. After that point, fees are non-refundable. If we are unable to distribute your release for a reason on our side, we will refund you in full. To request a refund, email wire@thesupercrowd.com.
Your content & responsibilities
You confirm that the information, quotes, images and logos you provide are accurate, that you have the rights to use and distribute them, and that they don’t infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. You’re responsible for the truthfulness of your release. We may decline or stop any release we consider inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or off-brand for the SuperCrowd community, and (where work hasn’t begun) refund it.
Not investment or legal advice
The Impact Wire helps you announce news. Nothing we distribute is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, or investment, legal or tax advice. Any securities offering referenced in your release is made solely by you through your own legal channels.
Privacy
We collect the details, files and contact information you submit in order to produce and distribute your release, and to contact you about your order. We don’t sell your personal information. Your release content is, by nature, intended for public distribution. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms; we never see your full card details.
